7. Intellectual Property
The Services and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by CounselCrest and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to our license to provide the Services.
8. Subscription and Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
- Enterprise customers may have custom billing terms
9. Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide support according to your subscription level. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COUNSELCREST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CounselCrest harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable data processing agreements.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
